Founder, CEODNP-FNP(c), MSN, MBA, RN, PCCN
Xiao (Jessica) Fan is an accomplished healthcare professional and a DNP-FNP student at the University of Illinois at Chicago. With over 11 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Xiao has a Master's and Bachelor of Science Degrees in Nursing, and a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is Board Certified as a Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN). She works as a leader in nursing, a community development manager, and a professional registered nurse in critical care, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to healthcare excellence and patient care.

Yifei (Fiona) Wen has many years of experience in nursing education and clinical practice, both domestically and internationally. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Duke University. Her academic background includes earning her Master's degrees in Business Administration and Nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and DePaul University. She works as a nursing professor and a Stroke Certified Registered Nurse in critical care. Her doctoral research focuses on exploring ways to integrate international nurses into the U.S. healthcare system. With her expertise in nursing education and clinical practice, Yifei is committed to advancing international healthcare collaboration.
